Welcome back one final time, Below Deck Mediterranean fans! Last week, two injuries occurred, and a whole lot of chickens were eaten. Also, Joe somewhat made peace with Nathan. But then things ended on a shocking note: Luke is coming back to surprise Joy on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 11 Episode 18.
What happened in Below Deck Mediterranean Season 11 Episode 18?
With the season coming to an end, Kat and Cooper try to get on the same page, while Joy tries to serve every chicken in town to appease their final guests. Elsewhere, Gen has a heated reaction to seeing Luke again. Yet, nothing tops the showdown between Joe and Nathan, which eventually helps Joe realize a pretty deep truth.
Cooper loves Joe, not Kat

Massi loves Joy. Joy loves that tonight is her final dinner. The guests invited their friends, Katelyn and Pelayo, on board. Aesha recruits Gen, Cooper, and Joe for their after-dinner drag show.
Kat loves this for Cooper. But Cooper is over their situation. He wants to end it.
Captain Sandy praises Joy. Joy cries, they hug, and Joy gets back to prepping every kind of meat possible. She nails it, leaving the guests finally happy with their protein intake. They love their drag show, too, with drag queen Pelayo taking the lead.
At their after-party, Katelyn takes body shots off of Joe. She tries to do more with him, but Joe smartly flees. Katelyn has goals, though, so around 4:30 am, she asks Nathan to take her to Joe’s cabin. Nathan laughs at her absurdity and says no.
Katelyn is shockingly one of the first guests up the next morning. Leah Yawn is up too. She is staying in a nearby hotel, ready to hang out with her wife, Captain Sandy, post-filming.
The deck team completes their final docking. While changing into their whites, Cooper and Joe, the only Season 11 love story that remains intact, make plans to buy matching rings. The guests depart.
Gen is glad to be done. She is also glad to never hear about Luke again. Uh oh. Thankfully, she has plenty of drinking money now, because the guests left a $35,000 tip.
Gen has a big reaction to seeing Luke

Leah arrives, and she and Captain Sandy head out to a scenic location with the crew, where Massi falls even more in love with Joy. He wants to smoke. But production “told me not to,” so he has to sit with his stress instead.
Captain Sandy and Leah head back to the boat, where Captain Sandy makes them dinner. Just kidding. Joy premade everything, and Captain Sandy is hysterically serving it as her own. Her ruse only lasts a few minutes.
Back on land, the crew sits for their dinner. Nathan makes a speech, and Kayley praises him. Joe and Cooper excuse themselves. “Who gives a f*ck” if Joe is made at you, Nathan tells Kayley.
Kayley finds Joe. He is mad. He cuts her off, saying, “I’m speaking,” when she interjects. Shortly after, Kat tells Joe to “grow up.”
Joe takes her advice, while Aesha and Nathan praise Gen for turning a corner this season, making Gen cry happy tears. Those are about to dry up, though. They’ve just arrived at the club. So has Luke.
Cooper flirts with everyone, so Kat finally ends things with him. Across the dancefloor, Aesha’s heart grows two sizes larger watching Gen and Joy dancing together. Right on cue, a disguised Luke enters the frame. Kat snatches his wig off.
Gen sees red. “Go f*ck yourself,” she says, pouring an entire glass of red wine on him. Joy follows Gen to check on her.
Joy encourages Gen, and they head out to the dance floor. Luke leaves. “But this is not the end,” he promises, brazenly humming out the tune to Here Comes the Bride.
Nathan and Joe come undone as the Below Deck Med Season 11 crew says goodbye

Joy comforts Kat next, and then eloquently calls Cooper a “f*cking clown.” In the other drunken corner, Joe giggles and tells Nathan that his jacket matches his eyes. He then asks to shake Nathan’s hand.
Nathan says yes. “Well done, mate,” Joe whispers in his ear. “He’s a f*cking father,” Joe tells the room. But “It’d be so much easier if” he wasn’t. Ugh.
“Do not disrespect my family,” Nathan quietly says. He also tells Joe not to disrespect Gael. He and Gael have their differences, Joe admits. Nathan tells him to “grow up” and get over that.
Aesha and Kayley hold hands, both on the verge of crying. “Shut your f*cking mouth,” Nathan orders. Joe responds, “Or what? Are you gonna f*cking hit me?”
Do not tempt me,” Nathan answers. “I don’t think Gael would be very happy,” Joe pokes back. Nathan wisely exits.
Kayley asks Joe what happened between him and Gael. Joe says they both “sh*t talked” each other, but Aesha shuts him down. Aesha was there. She saw Joe start hating on Gael “straight away” because he was “jealous.”
Aesha leaves, and Joe cries and insists she’s wrong. “Joe is a good guy. But he is lying through his teeth,” Aesha later tells Cooper.
In the morning, Kat decides not to travel with Cooper, and Joe admits, “Maybe there is some truth” to Aesha’s claims. Nathan returns, and he and Joe (peacefully) say their goodbyes. Joe hands his acting bosun stripes over to Captain Sandy. She laughs, knowing he wants this role.
Flash-forwards air, showing Joe caring for his mom, Aesha stunningly tying the knot, Kat with her cat, Gen traveling, and Nathan being a dad. But no, zero mentions appear detailing Nathan’s current legal troubles.
