Sai De Silva took aim at Daisy Toye after last week’s episode of Real Housewives of New York City, claiming their friendship was “one-sided” before calling her “diabolical” on social media.
Before lashing out at Daisy, 46, for comments she made about Erin Lichy, 39, and her alleged involvement in the passing of a rumor about the sexuality of Jessel Taank‘s husband, Pavit Randhawa, 46, Sai accused Daisy of expecting more out of her when it came to their friendship but refusing to give her the same effort.
“I was always at her house. She never wants to come to my house, though, which really irritated me. For example, the other day, she DMs me and is like, ‘Some of our old friends are coming over. Do you want to come over?’ It was a Saturday. I’m like, ‘No. I want to be in my own luxurious home where I can go to the sauna downstairs and then maybe hop in the pool. Like, why can’t you guys come over here?’” Sai, 45, wondered on the October 13 episode of the RHONY: After Show. “There’s something about it like she feels very uncomfortable in other places. Like, she likes to control the situation.”
“I think she’s kind of very selfish in her ways, and the things that she wants from me, she won’t do for me,” she added.
According to Daisy, Sai’s home is “beautiful,” but she’s “too lazy” to go there.
“It’s three blocks too far … My apartment’s cozy and I’m a different host than she is. I like to cook,” she noted.
While Daisy likes to host, Sai doesn’t appreciate that her events are always centered around “[Daisy’s] home, what she’s cooking, [and] what she wants my son to do with her son.”
“After a while,” Sai noted, “I’m like, it’s just a very one-sided friendship, and I’m over it.”
Then, after Jessel asked, “You don’t want to hang out under popcorn ceilings,” Sai confirmed, “I don’t.”
“I don’t want to wash my panties in her washing machine that’s right next to her oven,” she declared, shading Daisy’s apartment.
Sai proceeded to suggest that no one’s home is good enough for Daisy, despite the condition of Daisy’s home.
“For whatever reason, when she leaves her little sh*tty apartment and goes to anyone else’s home that’s better than hers, it’s not good enough for her. I don’t understand the mentality or where it’s coming from,” Sai admitted.
Sai then said that no one was judging Daisy’s apartment before suggesting that Daisy put her insecurities about it on others.
“She brought [the popcorn ceiling] to the table, so then she’s upset when we repeat it? She puts that insecurity onto everyone else,” Sai stated.
Also on the RHONY: After Show, Daisy confessed to being “self-deprecating” about the ceilings of her apartment.
“It’s kind of like my joke and I can talk about it. I don’t care that much… it is kind of an eyesore, but it’s okay … I could remove them. [But] I don’t want … you have to literally move out,” she reasoned.
Meanwhile, in an October 15 interview with Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea, Daisy insisted that Erin did not want the allegations against Pavit to be aired on the show.
“Erin did not want that to go public. She did everything. I don’t know if you’re gonna see it in another episode, but Erin kept saying, ‘Don’t fall for the bait. Do not fall for the bait.’ She did not want the cameras to catch that at all,” she noted.
According to Daisy, the information got out because Erin and Sai had engaged in a discussion about the false claim during a dinner date.
“I’ve told Sai some sh*t. Like, now I’m scared that she’s gonna hold that against me. Like, she knows sh*t about me. I know sh*t about her. Like, I would never. I don’t give a f*ck how bad we fight. Your secrets are safe with me, till the end,” Daisy continued.
Then, after being asked about Sai’s retelling of the dinner conversation, which downplayed her involvement, Daisy said she “would never call [her] makeup artist when cameras are rolling and spread that rumor.”
“Save it for when everybody is off-duty,” she advised.
After seeing how Daisy defended Erin while throwing her under the bus, Sai spoke out in a comment.
“Were you at the dinner? Imagine riding for someone you just met while burning your actual friend. Diabolical,” she wrote, tagging Daisy.

The Real Housewives of New York City season 16 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
