Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding reportedly had limited seating at its buffet dinner
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding reportedly lacked enough seating for their buffet dinner. According to a TMZ report, wedding guests waited in long queues and had to serve their own food. Moreover, some even stood to eat their food because the seating arrangements were insufficient.
Sources told the outlet there was no formal sit-down dinner. One source summed up the dinner scene by telling the outlet that it was “a bit of a s*** show.” It was because the place was full of guests, but did not have enough seats to accommodate them.
However, sources insisted that there was a variety of food and that the guests relished their meal, and nobody went hungry. There were reportedly multiple stations serving everything from Chinese, Italian, and American favorites. Prominent dishes served at the wedding included pasta, sushi, chicken, and salads. Furthermore, the dessert counter reportedly served a whopping 30 cakes. Each cake featured a unique figure of Swift and Kelce.
According to an exclusive PEOPLE report, the Grammy winner walked down the aisle to a stage where the couple said, “I do.” The source added that each of their wedding vows lasted 20 minutes, and they read from gold-bound books. Notably, Kelce was more emotional when the couple read their wedding vows.
Furthermore, the source shared that “there were bars everywhere,” and that despite the venue’s size, “it was very crowded.”
The official statement by the pop star’s representative stated: “Taylor & Travis did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen. Instead, her brother Austin Swift served as Taylor’s Man of Honor, and Jason Kelce was Travis’ Best Man. The ceremony joined both families together and was officiated by friend Adam Sandler.”
