The Valley alum Jax Taylor and current star Brittany Cartwright have been engaged in a bitter divorce battle since 2024.
Recently, things got more complicated after it was revealed that Jax, 47, was dating Brittany’s former publicist Lori Krebs.
After Brittany, 37, spoke out on her podcast recently, Jax unleashed on her in a now deleted social media post that was captured by Instagram account @MyFamilyGenie in which he posted a letter he sent her.
Jax captioned the post with the following: “In know way am I justifying my past behavior. But after listening to today’s podcast I have had enough and hit my breaking point of false narratives. What am I supposed to do as a father?”
In the lengthy message, he began by telling Brittany she’s “full of s*it” on her podcast by saying their son, Cruz Cauchi, is starting kindergarten.
”He has not even started school yet because you lied about enrolling him for the last 2 years and never followed the Dr medical or school / therapy recommendations that you got when he was diagnosed 2 years ago you just ignored them until I looked into things myself and stepped in and took over once I find out all your lies!!!” Jax wrote, insisting he has “email proof from the doctor that you are copied on saying he never heard back from you in years or got any test results back.”
”Cruz would have never been enrolled at school or the IEP if it wasnt for me,” he continued. “I have all the recepts [sic] for everything. I booked all his appointments that you failed to do and was the one the get him signed up in the school system (I have phone recording and email proof from the principal and LAUSD). and what don’t you understand he’s not starting kindergarten!!! How do you still not comprehend this!!! He’s going to be put in a special needs program like he should have been years ago like I’ve been telling you over and over.”
Jax reiterated Cruz isn’t going to Kindergarten and slammed Brittany for her “lies,” claiming she’s “sounding like a complete idiot.”
“And preaching how important early intervention is and funding from the government when I have been begging you to get back to Regional center weekly after they said they closed his file when they didn’t hear back from you for two yeats [sic]!!!” Jax shared. “I was the one to go there and get his file restarted and you still haven’t followed up or got anything done there or applied for the funding which is exactly why I refuse to pay for therapies that should been free from the State.”
Jax claimed that Brittany going on her podcast saying “how important early intervention is” when she’s “done nothing but neglected Cruz’s needs is sick.”
”You are a joke,” he said. “Just wait until I speak and show all the receipts and people hear the truth. Maybe then you will actually do solething [sic] for our son because all you care about is people thinking you’re an amazing mother and I am a bad father. You keep Cruz from me and won’t let him see his own father just because you’re mad at me and then say lies like I miss custody time with my son when I’m the one in LA waiting to get him and our nanny says you won’t let me have him meanwhile you’re in vegas for a concert right after being in Sacramento and New York.”
“Keep trying to cover up neglecting our son to paint yourself as this amazing mother,” Jax continued. “You know how stupid you sound when your only excuse is that the school lied to you and you were told cruz has to wait to be 5 to start school???? Even if that was true which I have proof from the principal that it isn’t. What mother hears that and doesn’t put their non verbal autistic child into ABA or another specialized program or school for kids with autism??? I’ve been begging you for years!!! Cruz is almost 5 and half and has never got anything besides speech and OT for a couple a hours a week!! You talk about how important early intervention program is over and over on your podcast and every interview when you have failed to do it for your own son!!!”
Jax noted he has “all the receipts” in which he was begging Brittany even while he was in rehab and she “claimed he was starting school last August and that it was all handled and that I need to stay out of it.”
”All proof in texts,” he elaborated. “I believed you for years and once my mental health was better I realized everything you were telling me was a lie and so I contacted the schools and doctors myself. You are a joke. Keep talking and lying it’s giving my lawyers more to add to their file on you this is alllll going to come out publicly very soon you continuing to bash me publicly and create your own narrative of lies and playing victim is getting old. You continuing to paint me out to be a bad father is coming to an end. I’m not sitting back anymore scared of your threats you constantly hold over my head and trying to destroying me you’ve done that for 3 years now I don’t have anything more to lose but tell the truth.”
Jax also claimed that Brittany is coming for his “jobs” for the “sole reason to hurt” him and then say he doesn’t help to “pay for anything.”
”You threatening Special Forces and other jobs if they platform me and all the videos you have at the worst part of my addiction and mental health 3 years ago when I have been sober now for 1 year and 8 months, continuing to contact brands and dragging me every single day publicly so I can’t work,” he stated. “You constantly hold Cruz from me. I’m not living like this anymore it’s been 3 years and I haven’t said a word but I’m done now.”
Jax added that Brittany’s “constant rage texts” about “not having Lori around Cruz” are her “anger and not thinking” in the best interest of their son.
“Cruz has known her since birth and babysat him multiple times and is a mother and experienced with autism meanwhile you had this random man who is a complete stranger to Cruz and god knows who else sleeping there while I was in rehab unaware which from the beginning we said in the beginning no one was to be introduced to Cruz for the first 6 months and we were supposed to meet them first. More lies yet again and doing things not in the best interest or Cruz,” he concluded. “I’ve kept my mouth shut for 3 years, begged you to go to therapy to work on coparenting you refused and also cancelled with my therapist’s the morning after Zack‘s party because you were hungover yet again.”
