Shannon Beador addressed getting banned from the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip finale – after her fight with Tamra Judge on the season premiere – and hinted that Tamra “instigated” other things that night. The Real Housewives of Orange County star also clapped back at an ex-producer’s claim that she mistreats the crew.
On the RHUGT season premiere, Tamra seemed to suggest that Shannon doesn’t have as good of a life because she doesn’t have a husband. She also called out Shannon’s drinking, again, after apologizing repeatedly last season for doing just that. Eventually, Shannon started yelling at Tamra and decided to walk away. According to a report, both Tamra and Shannon were banned from RHUGT’s finale because of the heated scene.
Speaking to ET, Shannon addressed getting disinvited from the finale due to the fight with Tamra.
“What upset me the most about the whole thing was that I was supposed to go to the finale at the Berkshires, and I felt very honored to be included in that,” she said. “So for me, that was a huge blow that I wasn’t able to go when I feel as though I wasn’t really the instigator.”
“Tamra instigated a lot of other things that night too, not just with me,” she went on. “So it was a huge bummer for me. … We were both not allowed to go, which I didn’t really understand why I was included in that because I tried to be calm, until I wasn’t.”
Reporter Brice Sander then asked where Shannon sees herself with Tamra moving forward.
“You know, I’m not gonna go on social media, make comments. She doesn’t know what I’m doing,” she said. “Sometimes I get sucked in. We all know the sucked-in Tamra position. We’ve been in it many times. But I have fun with her, and that’s my plan, is to continue on that road.”
Later on, Shannon addressed an ex-producer Patrick McDonald‘s recent claim that Shannon is one way to the crew and one way on camera.
“It’s been difficult for me, but because I have been doing this for 12 years, and I consider a lot of the people that I work with to be family at this point,” she said. “So it’s a shame that someone is putting something out there.”
“I know who I am, and I think [you] can see on the show, maybe not, that I’m pretty kind in general,” she added. “But yeah, if you make me mad, I’m gonna say something. But it hurts my feelings a little bit because I don’t know what [the producer is] talking about.”
