Kim Zolciak appears to have been left out of her former partner Big Poppa’s estate plans. New documents filed in his probate case do not name the reality TV star as a beneficiary. The filing also gives a clearer picture of who could inherit from his estate.

One of Lee “Big Poppa” Najjar’s children, Jared Najjar, filed documents listing the five people he believes are the estate’s beneficiaries. The list includes Lee’s widow, Kimberley Lynch, Jared himself, and Lee’s three other children, Katelin, Jamen, and Jeremy, as per TMZ.
The filing does not specify what each person may receive. However, Kim’s name does not appear among the listed beneficiaries. The omission is not particularly surprising since Kim and Big Poppa ended their relationship years ago.
The filing is not necessarily a final determination of how the estate will be divided. Probate proceedings can involve additional claims, challenges, and court decisions before assets are distributed. As a result, the current list may not provide a complete picture of the estate’s final beneficiaries or obligations.
There are also claims from two other people. Claudio and Julianne Burton say Big Poppa owed them at least $362K when he died. They have filed documents with the court seeking the money.
Big Poppa died in April. His death led to questions about whether Kim could receive money from his estate. For years, online rumors claimed that Big Poppa had continued paying for Kim’s lavish lifestyle, even though both had married other people. The latest filing, however, does not support those claims. Still, the report notes that internet conspiracy theorists may not be convinced.
Big Poppa was never shown on camera during Kim’s time on RHOA. His identity became public after their relationship ended. Kim had previously said that he would always be the love of her life.
After their split, Kim married Kroy Biermann. The couple later divorced. She has since moved on and is now dating businessman and entrepreneur Kyle Mowitz.
