Bold and the Beautiful reveals that Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) is completely fed up and just about at his limit at Forrester Creations because he is not being valued at all.
And it seems like he is about to storm out if R.J. Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) keeps on being a jerk to him. And Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) keeps siding with his son. R.J. and Ridge just told Zende they needed him. But their actions don’t match their words because Ridge is still putting R.J. first.
Bold and the Beautiful: Katie Gives Dylan a Mission
Today we are going to talk about the possibility that Zende might walk out on the Forresters, turn his back, and go to House of Logan. I mean, at this point, the writing seems to be on the wall that Zende is going to wind up over at House of Logan. We’ve got Katie Logan (Heather Tom) enlisting Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) this week to talk to Zende and to help get him over to House of Logan. And if Dylan ever wants Katie to accept her as Will Spencer‘s (Crew Morrow) girlfriend, she has got to make it happen.
Now, we know Dylan talks to Zende this week. But when Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) texts Zende when they’re together, Zende still tells Hope, “No, he doesn’t want to talk.” And then he asks Dylan, “Are you satisfied?” But I’m wondering if maybe Zende is just being defensive. Because he doesn’t want Dylan to think that he’s a family traitor.

You know, maybe Dylan’s trying to take baby steps and not jump right in and push Zende towards Hope and Katie right away. Because that would be way too obvious. So, Dylan may want to be more subtle so she doesn’t accidentally push Zende in the wrong direction like away from them. We’ll know more soon. There is a lot riding on this for Dylan though. And with Zende even more frustrated this week, he’s nearly done.
So, we saw on Monday that Ridge and R.J. were just paying Zende lip service. And then when Zende talked to Ridge one-on-one, I thought Zende was pretty blunt as he called out Ridge for his nepotism by giving R.J. this fashion line. Blunt, but accurate. Bottom line, Ridge’s son has not put in the work. He’s not put in the time that Zende has at Forrester Creations. R.J. doesn’t deserve this at all. And Zende definitely does.
Zende Blasts Ridge on Bold
And then Ridge and R.J. were trying to tell Zende, “You’re a big part of the team.” But he’s not stupid. He claps back. Yeah, as long as I’m taking orders from R.J., right? And I really liked that Zende put Ridge right in his place. Because Ridge was trying to say that, you know, Katie and Hope have done these things, but Zende said that Ridge drove Katie and Hope away.
So, I say good for Zende. And it seems like despite what R.J. and Ridge are saying to him, we’re going to see R.J. going back to being a brat again this week. And I suspect that’s why Zende’s sidelined and gets angry. In the end, it looks like Dylan is going to come through and convince Zende to talk to Katie and Hope. Because official The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say those two put it all out on the table this week.
Katie Pitches to Zende on B&B
And I bet it’s with Zende. So, I think Katie makes a big pitch to get Zende to come join them. I mean, I actually expect Katie’s going to make Zende an amazing offer. I think she’ll say, “What do you want? You can write your own ticket.” I’m sure Katie will give Zende exactly what he wants to be a lead designer, to have his own line, to have a youth line if that’s what he wants.
And I think they will have Hope doing her main line with Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone). Then Katie also wants to start a youth line with Zende. And I do suspect they initially planned for Hope to be part of the youth line. Because she really misses working with Zende. She’s made that very clear this week. Because we saw that Hope was recently telling Deke how much she misses working with Zende. So if he were to come over to House of Logan, he and Hope would definitely work together. But of course there’s going to be crazy fallout.
Bold and the Beautiful: Dylan Booted from FC
So, one thing I suspect we’ll see when the dust settles is Dylan’s going to be fired. They’re probably going to want her out of Forrester Creations for helping Katie, and I absolutely think Will is going to insist that Dylan comes over to work with them at House of Logan, especially after seeing her on the runway. Will already mentioned it to her. I do suspect Hope is going to realize she spread too thin. And from there, I suspect Dylan may be the muse for Zende’s youth line, just starts talking to him about design things, maybe making some suggestions.
We could see Zende versus R.J. as lead designers of these battling youth lines and Dylan versus Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) as the battling muses. I think it’s being set up perfectly. Also, Zende knows when they’re planning to launch R.J.’s youth line, and Zende knows everything he’s seen and heard about R.J. and Electra’s line at Forrester Creations. So, I would expect House of Logan spills the beans. But then they keep Zende’s line super duper secret. That way, they can swoop in and do the same thing they did with Eric Forrester‘s (John McCook) line. They can launch Zende’s new line right before Forrester Creations is launching Zende and Electra’s line.
Bold and Beautiful: RJ Cracks Under Pressure
Also, because R.J. is a new designer and doesn’t have much experience, we might see him fumble, struggling under the pressure. Of course, R.J. won’t admit that he can’t do it without Zende. And Eric and Ridge I don’t think have the right vision for a youth line, I mean, they’re just they’re older and without Zende there with the combination of experience and youth, I think R.J.’s designs aren’t going to be good enough on his own.
But of course, they won’t really know that until after they try and launch the line so there is a chance that his and Electra’s line won’t do as well as Forrester needs. And don’t forget FC is counting on R.J.’s big youth line idea to help them bounce back. But in the end, it may actually put them deeper into the hole. Especially because Zende leaving would be another hit to their public reputation with another Forrester going over to House of Logan. It’s a bad look.
The Forresters Panic on B&B
Also, assuming Zende leaves, I don’t see him doing what Hope did and lying to Ridge. I think Zende will tell them why he’s leaving and where he’s going. And I think once he does, Ridge and the Forresters may panic knowing they got to beat House of Logan to the launch. You know, Ridge may tell R.J., you got to get this line done ASAP. And that’s when we could see R.J. getting really sloppy. Because he just doesn’t have the experience needed to be a lead designer.
So, instead of this line being what brings Forrester back, it may be a huge flop. Because Ridge promoted R.J. when he wasn’t up to the task. And one more huge piece of fallout about Zende leaving could relate to Hope and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) because right now they are terribly estranged. And this week, Ridge tells Brooke to reach out to Hope. But obviously, Brooke’s going to lose it when she finds out Hope is on board with recruiting Zende to House of Logan.
It was actually Hope’s idea to hire Zende. And I’m sure that Katie will take great pleasure in telling Brooke at some point it was her daughter, Hope’s, idea. And when Brooke finds out Hope isn’t just some victim of Katie’s, that Hope is an instigator targeting Forrester Creations, you know, I think that’s going to drive a deeper wedge between Brooke and Katie and also between Brooke and Hope. But despite all that, I’m very excited to see Zende at House of Logan. So, I’m hoping he says yes this week.
