The Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd has been having drama with Dr. Dhivya Srinivasa for quite some time now.
It has now escalated to a new level, as Kelly was kicked off ShopMy, a platform for affiliate marketing that allows creators to make money off partnerships with brands.
“Today is my last day posting for Wayfair through ShopMy, and I’m incredibly disappointed,” Kelly shared in an Instagram post. “I spent more than a year earning and maintaining Icon Status by putting in the work, creating content, and building relationships with brands I genuinely love. To have my ShopMy account canceled feels unfair, especially because I do not believe I violated the community guidelines. But guess what ?? Dr. Dhivasva has just look at her Instagram account it’s full of hate and bullying and harassment especially against me!”
Kelly also noted she believes “coordinated reporting” and “targeted harassment” should not be used to “silence creators” or “interfere” with business relationships.
“No one should lose opportunities because of online campaigns or personal vendettas,” she continued. “To everyone who has supported me, shopped my links, and encouraged me over the years—thank you. Your support has meant everything, and this isn’t the end of my journey.”
“I’ll continue creating content, working with brands, and standing up for myself,” she added. “❤️#shopmy @wayfair@alicelanehome#Bethenny Frankel.”
In a video shared with the post, Kelly spoke directly to ShopMy.
“That doctor and those Reddit rats came and complained to ShopMy,” she said. “Today, I could have made this [$1100], I’ve already done three posts. Today is my last day of doing it. This is an example of torturous [sic] interference right here.”
“I was icon status, I’ve been doing this for a year,” she elaborated. “Now all of a sudden, somebody complains and says I’m going against community guidelines, which I never did. You’re gonna take this psycho’s word for it? Wayfair, I’m sorry. Um, ShopMy completely stopped me because they listened to the woke mob, okay?”
Kelly then asked The Real Housewives of New York City alum Bethenny Frankel to “please” help her out.
“Because what this – these people are doing is wrong,” she added. “And if anybody is going against community guidelines, it’s this doctor, okay? This is against the law that you are preventing me to make my income. I’ve already done three links. ShopMy, do better, please.”
Dr. Dhivya has not responded to Kelly’s allegations yet, but given the back and forth between these two, it’s likely only a matter of time until she does.
