A new popcorn bucket for Victorian Psycho has been released, turning the movie’s most disturbing premise into an unsettling collectible. Starring Maika Monroe as a governess, the horror thriller is set in 1858 and follows a series of horrifying events at a remote gothic manor.
On X, the official popcorn bucket for Victorian Psycho was revealed. The wooden container resembles a Victorian rocking cradle with ornate carvings and a lid. However, the collectible’s highlight is the gutted baby doll, which serves as the popcorn container. The combination of the cradle design and the bloodied doll gives the bucket a macabre appearance, unlike anything seen before.
Moreover, the bucket poster presents the collectible as a creation of Winifred Notty, the eccentric governess played by Monroe. Adding a dark humor tone to the promotion, the bucket is marketed as a “new cinematic companion with dual purpose as a vessel for popcorn remnants.”
