Last week, shocking news was revealed in the Real Housewives of New Jersey world when it was reported that Teresa Giudice’s daughter, Milania, was arrested.
Following that news, her older sister Gia‘s run-ins with the law have also been disclosed.
According to In Touch, Gia, 25, was charged in May 2019 with delaying traffic. She ended up pleading guilty and paying a fine.
In August 2019, she was charged with speeding for going 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Like her previous charge, she also pleaded guilty and paid a fine.
In June 2020, Gia was involved in another speeding incident, this time going 69 mph in a 55 mph zone. Like the two previous charges, she admitted her part and ended up paying a fine.
As that summer continued, Gia was charged in August with obstruction of a windshield for vision, and she ended up pleading guilty and paying a fine.
In October of the same year, she paid a fine due to failing to possess a driver’s insurance card.
In 2021, Gia was yet again charged with speeding, this time going four miles over the speed limit. She ended up not entering a plea for this case, and it was dismissed the next day.
Finally, in January 2024, Gia again pleaded guilty to obstruction of windshield for vision and was hit with a fine.
As was reported last week, Milania, 20, was taken into police custody by Montville Township police after her involvement in a domestic incident on May 14 that occurred around 6:12 p.m.
Due to the ordeal, Milania ended up getting charged with “simple assault” and “purposely/knowingly causing a bodily injury.”
A court spokesperson spoke to The Sun and revealed the case had been classified as domestic violence. While a hearing was held on May 19, no plea was entered.
After the shocking intel was reported, a source spilled more details to Reality Blurb about what went down.
“There was an explosive fight in the house where things escalated,” they shared regarding what occurred during the altercation.
“There was so much going on that her sister ended up pulling the trigger to call the cops on her,” they added. “It was out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was going at multiple people.”
While Milania and Teresa have been active on social media after the news broke, neither has addressed it directly to date.
