Milania Giudice has hired a high-powered New Jersey defense attorney to handle her domestic violence case following an alleged incident in May.
Following the news that Milania, the 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, 54, had been taken into custody and charged with assault, she enlisted the help of Alan Kraminsky of Kraminsky Law, who has handled a number of high-profile cases in the area.
The U.S. Sun confirmed the news on June 18.
According to the Bergen Record and NJ.com, respectively, the attorney represented a man accused of recording children with a hidden camera at a martial arts studio and a daycare employee who allegedly injured an 11-month-old baby.
After Milania was arrested by the Montville Township Police and charged with simple assault and purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury, rumors began swirling in regard to who she may have injured.
“The first question everyone asked was, ‘Was it [Luis Ruelas]?’” an insider told Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice last week. “He’s very controversial, so that’s where the speculation immediately went.”
“Nobody knows who was allegedly injured, but a lot of people assumed he could be involved,” the insider continued. “Everyone thinks it is Luis. The secrecy is creating more questions than answers.”
Another source told Reality Blurb that Milania was “going at one of her sisters.”
“Luis got involved to try to stop her/calm her down, and he had to restrain her.”
Milania is awaiting an upcoming court date.
