Savannah Chrisley shared a lengthy post on her Instagram Story after facing backlash over her pregnancy and husband reveal.
As she also attended a Halloween party with her dad, Todd Chrisley, and her husband, convicted fraudster Jason Galanis, 56, and dished on their secret wedding in the Cayman Islands in July, Savannah, 29, opened up about the “cruel” comments she’d gotten since going public with her baby and relationship news.
“What a whirlwind this week has been … This world can be so incredibly cruel. People can be quick to judge, quick to condemn, and slow to show grace. But as I sit here looking out at God’s beautiful creation, I’m reminded of something so much greater than the noise around me,” Savannah wrote from the Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida. “The world may try to steal your peace, but it can never take away what God has promised you.”
“I’ve learned that you don’t have to defend what God has already ordained. You don’t have to fight every battle, answer every accusation, or convince the world of what God already knows to be true,” she continued. “Sometimes the greatest act of faith is simply being still, choosing love when you’re met with hate, extending grace when none is given, and trusting that Jesus is working even in the moments that hurt the most … My heart is full. My blessings are immeasurable. And my faith is stronger than any storm this world could ever bring. Because at the end of the day, hate will never have the final word. JESUS WILL. And LOVE ALWAYS WINS.”
Savannah then typed out John 1:5, which read, “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it,” and added, “Thank you, Jesus, for a peace this world cannot give and a love this world cannot take away.”

Also on her Instagram Story, Savannah shared a couple of photos.
“Nope…nothing gonna break this stride,” read a caption of a pic of her and Jason.
“Daddy set the bar REAL high,” Savannah added with a second image, which saw her showing off her growing baby bump with dad Todd.

As fans may have seen, Todd, who spent time behind bars with Jason, recently admitted that he wasn’t initially a fan of Savannah’s relationship with the much-older Jason.
“He’s 20 years older, and it was not something I embraced… I mean, to the point that I had a choice to make. It was either embrace my daughter’s decision or lose my daughter,” Todd shared on the October 29 episode of Bunnie XO‘s Dumb Blonde podcast.
Around the same time, Savannah opened up about her secret marriage to Jason, who had over $100 million in financial liabilities when he divorced his ex-wife, Monet Berger, in 2018.
“We ended up getting married in the Cayman Islands in July. So we did everything there, but we haven’t filed it here, or else, then it will be public record,” Savannah explained on the November 1 episode of Golden Tate’s YouTube series, The Golden Ticket. “But the wedding is in May. The wedding was supposed to be in January, and then I have a real-life wedding crasher.”
