Taylor Frankie Paul shared an emotional message about MomTok and missing her kids on Instagram on Sunday.
After opening up about her experiences with men who manipulate and gaslight, the 32-year-old Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star denied discrediting her castmates as she admitted to feeling “betrayed and abandoned” and confirmed struggles related to her time away from her three children, whom she shares with ex-husband Tate Paul, 32, and ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen, 33.
“Took my usual drive and cried for hours. I let myself feel all the feelings. It’s time to stop letting ego, anger, and fear run the show,” Taylor began on July 12. “I’m in a lot of pain acting in defense with the amount of trials happening at once. I had to get recentered to allow the pain in.”
Speaking of her drama with her castmates, which erupted after she deemed herself the “creator of MomTok,” Taylor said she’ll be the first to admit her wrongdoings.
“We’re at each other’s throats, and I’m removing myself from responding to any of it moving forward,” she revealed. “I’ve never discredited them. I’ve always supported all of them in their success. I’ve had their backs in times of need. I became defensive and let my ego take over when I heard …what I heard. I never felt so betrayed and abandoned by so many people I would have stood by no matter how exhausted. Not to mention others that came out of left field adding to it.”
After mentioning that her co-stars had the right to draw boundaries and speak their minds without being bullied, Taylor took accountability for her responses to them calling her out.
“I can only control me. I recognize I’m not myself and that hurts to admit. There has been damage done to brain and it’s my responsibility to retrain and rewire it. And we’re working on it. I know who I am and this is not it,” she continued.
Then, shifting to her children, including daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 6, whom she shares with Tate, and son Ever, 2, whom she shares with Dakota, Taylor said, “I miss my babies so much.”
“I can’t even walk down the hall to their rooms, it’s so painful. My heart is broken, I feel at war, I’m afraid of who I can trust and just wanted to share reality of how I feel. I don’t want to feel animosity I want to feel abundance,” she concluded.
Following the sharing of her post, Taylor was met with support from Jessi Draper, 34.
“Yes … this is the Taylor I’ve been fighting for. You will get through this and I know the comeback will be bigger and better than ever! You’ve got this,” she stated.

In a separate post shared on Saturday, Taylor spoke of her experiences with men, seemingly giving a nod to Dakota’s roommate, Cru Eaton, who recently targeted her with a leaked video and text messages.
“Another man added to the list going off on me. I think it’s because they can’t handle the fact I’m more alpha than any of them. Especially now after learning it all from experience,” she explained. “I know all the tricks of manipulation, gaslighting, baiting tactics, projection, control and accusations are usually confessions. I give notes to the girls when I see it. Once you’ve picked up the patterns you know. First tip I’ll give now: the more unnecessary details or words used about a story or an excuse odds are they are lying.”
“Ahh I can’t wait..I’m going to help so many,” she added.

After her message was shared, Taylor’s rumored Bachelorette winner, Doug Mason, 29, “liked” the post.
