The Young and the Restless hot new spoilers for next week include Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) stunned by a wedding crasher and something awful with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). We’ll also see a villain locked away and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) getting the best and worst news, one after the other.
We’ve got the latest The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of October 19th. Let’s get into all the good stuff that is coming next week, after we just saw Sally and Billy’s wedding begin on Friday without a hitch.
The Young and the Restless: Wedding Guests Arrive at the GCAC
So, let’s start with Sally, and we’re going to get into the wedding crasher that’s coming. So, at the end of this week, everybody’s getting ready. They’re up at the GCAC for Billy and Sally’s ceremony. We’ve got Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) on hand. Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is flying solo, since Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) is with Dominic Chancellor (Ethan Ray Clark).
And we have Abby grilling Ashley before the wedding. So Abby’s asking her mom about her doubts on Billy marrying Sally. And Ashley reminds the Abbotts about Sally’s past sins. I mean, come on. That was years ago. And Billy’s done much worse than Sally, like the attempted murder of Adam more than once. Ashley says she just wants Billy happy and hopes the marriage does not implode.
Billy Excited on Y&R
Meanwhile, Billy’s up at the GCAC meeting with party planner Pietro (Jai Rodriguez). He’s showing Billy around the venue. They’ve got the area for the wedding and then a different area for the reception, all done up, Gatsby ’20s-themed, and the guests are beginning to trickle into the venue. So, best man Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is there with groomsman Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) shows up with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), and Adam’s immediately hating on Billy, as expected.
And then Michael Baldwin (Christian Leblanc) shows up with Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman), and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) show up together. They are very, very surprised to see Adam there, since the bride is his ex-fiancée. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is there with her and Billy’s kids, Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) and Katie Abbott Newman (Sienna Mercuri).
And while Billy goes to get his tux on, we have Cane promising Lily that he’s going to keep her distracted, because he doesn’t want her worried about the possibility that her cancer could be returning. Victoria is surprised to see Adam there. And he tells Victoria he’s only there because Chelsea is in the wedding party. So Adam and Victoria take a moment to discuss their worries about their brother, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). And Victoria and Adam agree they need to keep a close eye on him. And we’ve got exciting spoilers for Nick that we’ll get to in a minute, after these wedding spoilers.
Young and Restless: Kyle and Victoria Make Eyes
So, we also see, at the end of the week, Cane asks Victoria to dodge the bride’s bouquet so that Lily can be sure to catch it. Victoria says she will avoid the bouquet, and Lily tells Cane he’d better not try and propose to her today. We also have a lot of Kyle making eyes at Victoria. So, Kyle tells Victoria she looks amazing. She’s in a men’s-style tux that’s super cute. And she tells Kyle that she wants her ex Billy to be happy.
And as you know, Victoria is a big fan of Sally’s. They get along great, which wasn’t always true. And both Johnny and Katie really like Sally for their dad. So, all of that is good. Traci chats with Cane and Lily, and we’re going to see Cane thanking Traci for getting Lily to open up to him about her cancer scare.
Sally Gets Ready on Y&R
So, we’ve got Sally upstairs in the bridal suite. She is getting ready with her sister, Coco Spectra (Ashley Campbell), and her bridesmaids, Chelsea and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), are all there helping her. Sally tells Coco they’ve come a long way since their carny days. And Sally says she’s never been so happy. She also has a sweet moment with Audra, where Sally says she loves Audra and that she’s never had a best friend before.
And then Billy comes knocking at the door to deliver a note he wrote for Sally. So he leaves the note with Audra, but says that Sally should wait to read it right before she is coming downstairs to walk down the aisle. And then Billy’s daughter Katie comes up to tell Sally that she’s so happy she’s joining the family. Katie goes, and then Sally reads the note from Billy, and she’s all smiles.
Everybody is gathered down in the wedding room. They are waiting for Sally, and we have Kyle and Victoria continuing to make big eyes at each other. So, the ceremony begins as the bridesmaids walk down the aisle, and then bride Sally is backlit by a white light, and the curtains part, and Billy is near tears.
The Young and the Restless: The Wedding Crasher and Sally’s Labor
So, diving into next week’s The Young and the Restless spoilers, let’s talk about the wedding crasher. Because we know that Patrika Darbo is back to The Young and the Restless as Sally’s grandma, Shirley Spectra (Patrika Darbo), but so far we haven’t seen her, and Sally doesn’t think she’s coming. So, it looks like Shirley pops up last minute to stun her granddaughter.
Also, once the wedding’s over and done, in The Young and the Restless spoilers, we know we’re going to see Sally back up in her suite at the GCAC. She’s getting changed for the wedding reception, and we already have confirmed The Young and the Restless spoilers that Sally and Billy make it through the ceremony.
Young and the Restless: Billy & Sally Tie the Knot
They’re man and wife. So, no hitches there. But afterward, it looks like Sally and Billy are apart for a few minutes, and that’s when things take a turn. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Monday’s episode has a shocking conclusion to the whole wedding event.
And it starts with Sally up in her room, and she’s doubled up in pain, and Coco and Audra are asking Sally next week what is wrong. So it looks like she is legit going into labor. So that’s exciting news. And we do know that Billy and Sally’s baby is born very, very soon after they say “I do.” So it sounds like she and Billy are officially hitched, and then bam, Sally is in labor.
The Young and Restless: Billy Gets Scary News About Jill
Also, things take a turn after this ceremony for Billy, and his news isn’t good, and it could keep him away from Sally while she’s going into labor, because Jill’s doctor brother, Snapper, calls, and Billy starts freaking out, asking why Snapper wants to do a three-way call with him and Cane. And since they’re both there at the wedding, I imagine they jump on the call. Billy’s asking Snapper, “Is my mom okay?” We all know Jill’s heart has been failing.
So, it looks like happy baby news for Billy and Sally, right as Billy’s getting scary, possibly tragic news about his mom Jill’s health. We could very well have Billy and Sally’s baby come into the world as Billy’s mom exits. But if they kill Jill Abbott off-screen, that would really stink. But they might.
The Young and the Restless: Matt Agrees to Get Help
Also, at the end of this week, we’ve got Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) still at Sharon Newman (Sharon Case)’s place, asleep on the couch. Sharon tells Nick she called the clinic where she wants Matt to check in. And Nick says he’ll make sure Matt is put away there. Nick says he regrets not killing Matt, but Sharon is protecting the villain.
So Matt wakes up and apologizes and says he wanted to die, but he thanks Sharon for giving him hope that he might be normal one day. So Matt agrees to check into the facility, but only if Sharon’s his therapist.
Young and the Restless: Nick Flips Out
But Nick is appalled, because Matt raped Sharon and terrorized them both for years. But she agrees to help Matt. Sharon sets the condition that if it’s not working out and she’s not helping Matt, then he will accept another therapist. And Sharon tells Nick that if Matt can be healed, they can all move on and have peace.
So, in next week’s The Young and the Restless spoilers, Nick walks into Sharon’s house and tells her and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) that Matt is safely put away. So, it looks like Nick personally escorted him to the clinic and checked him in. Watch next week for Sally’s baby to pop up, for her grandma to pop up, and for Billy to be devastated. Matt’s getting help, which sounds like he’s sticking around for redemption, and other hot action.
