Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone has been one of the most well-received shows in the recent past. Apart from having critical success, it also garnered a lot of positive reviews from audiences. From the drama surrounding the Dutton family to the rugged beauty of the ranches, the series made its setting feel like a character in its own right. And for fans who have watched the series and wondered if they can step into that world of Four Sixes (6666) themselves, there is good news.
People can see the actual Texas ranch linked to the creator of the Yellowstone universe without having to wait for a further spinoff.
Guided tours at the historic Four Sixes Ranch, which is also called the ‘6666 Ranch,’ lead visitors through the property’s history, its horse-breeding establishments and the ongoing ranch operations. The tour tickets, which begin at $50 for adults, provide an opportunity to witness the Western world that influenced the creation of Sheridan’s popular television series.

The Four Sixes Ranch, which is situated near Guthrie, Texas, has a history that goes back to 1870, the year when rancher Captain Samuel “Burk” Burnett bought 100 head of cattle that bore the Four Sixes brand. At present, the Burnett Ranches covers about 260,000 acres on its principal properties, namely the Four Sixes Ranch close to Guthrie and the Dixon Creek Ranch near the Panhandle.
The guided tours are available from the ranch and last about two hours, with the tours leaving Monday to Friday at 1 p.m. Reservations can be made about a month prior to the date of the tour and places are very limited. The tours are carried out in a Ford Expedition and can accommodate up to six people.
The visit starts at the historic Four Sixes Supply House in Guthrie, where people are given information about the ranch and the nearby community; the stops made include the Big House, which goes back to the early 1900s, and the L Barn, where visitors can find out about the horses used in ranch work.
What the Ranch Means for ‘Yellowstone’ Fans
The Four Sixes Ranch was something that Yellowstone viewers came to know thanks to Jimmy Hurdstrom, who was portrayed by Jefferson White.
On the show, Jimmy traveled from Montana to Texas in order to learn the demanding skills involved in becoming a cowboy, the ranch playing an important role in his character’s journey.
Paramount+ had earlier announced its intentions to produce a spin-off series focusing on the Texas property. However, in August 2026, Sheridan confirmed that the series would not proceed, on the grounds that he did not want to fictionalize the lives of those who work at the actual ranch.
Now, the Four Sixes brand is also going to Las Vegas. As per the latest report, a steakhouse has been planned for the MGM Grand and will offer prime-grade beef obtained from the Texas ranch together with Texas-inspired dishes, craft cocktails and rare spirits. It is expected to open in early 2027.
