Bozoma Saint John has signed with CAA for representation.
Saint John is a marketing executive and media personality best known serving in high-ranking roles at Apple, Uber, Endeavor and Netflix before going independent as well as joining “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” during Season 14.
Saint John’s career began at Spike Lee’s creative agency SpikeDDB. She went on to become the head of music and entertainment marketing at PepsiCo before gaining significant attention for her work as head of global consumer marketing at Apple Music and iTunes. She then spent a year as Uber’s chief brand officer before serving as chief marketing officer at Endeavor and finally jumping to Netflix in the same role. Saint John worked at Netflix, where she was the first-ever Black C-suite executive, for two years from 2020 to 2022, and has been self-employed since then.
In 2023, Saint John published via Penguin Random House a memoir titled “The Urgent Life,” which chronicled her grief and life as she lost her husband to cancer. In 2024, along with joining the cast of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” she launched the hair care brand Eve by Boz. The year after, she joined the NBC marketing competition series “On Brand With Jimmy Fallon” as co-host and mentor.
Also among Saint John’s achievements are induction into the American Marketing Association Hall of Fame and the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement; being named one of Billboard’s Most Powerful Women in Music for 10 consecutive years and inducted into the publication’s Women in Music Hall of Fame; and being the subject of the Harvard Business School multimedia case study “Leading With Authenticity and Urgency.” Based on that case study, she developed and taught a class at Harvard titled “The Anatomy of a Badass” as well as a public online course titled “The Badass Workshop,” for which she went on an international tour across the U.S., Canada, Africa and Europe. Saint John also serves on the boards of Soho House and Vital Voices.
