The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville has never been one to hold her tongue.
While she has had a breadth of health issues with her face, Brandi, 53, finally appears to be on the mend and has returned to doing her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered.
On a recent episode, Brandi addressed Don’t Be Tardy alum Kim Zolciak‘s son Kroy “KJ” Jagger getting arrested, and unsurprisingly, she had an opinion that some will likely find controversial.
“I don’t know that I should be talking about it, but I don’t give a f*ck,” Brandi said on her Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast. “So, there was all these headlines about this reality star, Kim Zolciak, I’m sure you saw them, and her 15-year-old son. And as I’m saying this, I’m realizing, am I a hypocrite? Because I’m saying we shouldn’t talk about kids that are underage, but I’m sitting here talking about it.”
She added, “But what my point is, is that we shouldn’t talk about kids that are underage when their parents put them on TV. They didn’t sign up for it… in this case, a woman, a girl, underage also, said that she was sexually assaulted by this kid at the gym.”
Brandi noted that, as a mom of boys, she feels “a certain way,” and she always told her sons they have to “ask” before even doing something like holding hands with a girl.
After she explained the allegation against Kim’s son, that he sexually assaulted the girl in question, Brandi said this is “life-ruining stuff.”
“What is it going to do to this kid whose brain’s not fully developed yet?” she shared. “And the girl alleged certain things, but when the police… took her to the hospital, she had zero DNA on her body from him. Not in her mouth, not on her clothes, not on her body. They put him in jail. We’re not judge, jury, and whatever.”
Brandi continued, “I just feel like people under 15, and I know we can’t say, we can’t protect them because a lot of people are under 15, but he’s been accused, he’s been put in jail, he’s been publicly…derailed… he’s exiled already. Like, the life-ruining sh*t.”
She stated that all of her friends were saying they believed the allegations, but as a mom of boys, she instructed them to “read the f*cking article.”
“Read it, read it carefully, because anyone can say anything,” she elaborated. “And I’m not discounting the fact that this woman has a trauma and that’s what she says happened, but let’s leave it to the justice system and not the press, because their mom is very popular. She’s clickbait. This kid did not sign up for this. He’s got enough going on, his parents are going through a horrible divorce, they’re in the press every day. You know, they lost their house, she’s lost all their money.”
“I wasn’t going to talk about it ’cause it is controversial, but I would never victim-shame,” she added. “I think whatever she says, that’s her story, whatever he’s saying, that’s her story, his story, but we have to be really careful with these young kids… I just want to say to everyone out there, let’s wait. Let’s hear exactly what, you know, evidence there is or isn’t”
“Let’s not ruin this kid’s life, ’cause what if something happens to him? And it’s too late, it’s too late,” said Brandi. “Hopefully, like, his parents are traumatized from going through their horrible divorce and are sound enough to be there for him, but I know divorce, it’s really f*cking hard, and you barely get through your days, so being a parent on top of that?… I just feel so bad for the whole family and her family.”
She concluded by insisting she’s not “discounting” the girl’s situation, but she noted that “everyone that texted me assumed he was guilty immediately.”
“All the headlines that he was guilty,” Brandi reiterated. “Let’s wait, guys. Let’s just wait.”
The topic of Brandi’s former friend and RHOBH co-star Kim Richards also came up, as a picture of Kim was recently circulating in the press where some thought she looked almost homeless, as she had a shoe off.
“I feel bad for her because she’s fine,” Brandi insisted. “I mean… she has her struggles; she’s living in Santa Monica. You guys caught her on a bench. She has two shoes; one is on, one is off. Maybe her foot hurt.”
Brandi noted that as people get older, their feet hurt.
“She had boots on,” she continued. “Maybe she had a rock in her boot. She was fully dressed, she looked nice, but everyone wants to assume the worst. All of her kids live here… they all are great kids, and they would never allow anything to happen to him.”

She noted people need to “stop projecting this nonsense” on Kim.
“She’s in a fragile state already because it’s hard enough… being an addict and living in this town and being… an ex-child star,” she shared. “Leave her alone. And even though she’s sober… when you’re an addict, you’re an addict forever.”
